  I own a small business which requires very little effort in the bookkeeping dept but i need an accountant/bookkeeper to do our quarterlies and year end taxes because of time pressure for me, john brown is entirely unprofessional and treats me and my business partner like scum. He seems to charge whatever he feels like for the same exact services from quarter to quarter with no explanation for the rate increases, the two years that they have preformed our year end taxes there were huge mistakes that i found (i am not an accountant!) that cost us far more money than necessary, and would do nothing to decrease the fees charged for these incorrect services. (as a business owner, if i made such grave mistakes with my customers there would be no charge! what happened to customer service?!) Do yourself a favor DON"T GO TO JOHN BROWN!!!
