  Do not waste your time at this bank. Complete waste of time. Could not verify funds for a payroll check issued through their bank.

  0/10. Went to set up my first ever checking account that wouldn't be under my mother's name. I was expecting to get a talk about what my options were, what would best fit me, etc. as the pad on the desk said that was the kind of conversation I was supposed to have with the worker. But nope. He wasted no time asking for two forms of identification, used my mother's address as the mailing (even though I mentioned I live 400 miles away and was just visiting), and just assumed I wanted both checking and savings. I had to bring up the option for a credit card and he was just like "Okay, well we have this program that I'll sign you up for. It's for new credit users." No further explanation on anything. Went home and cried because I don't know what kind of grave I just dug for myself. Most useless thing I have ever done. Immediate regret.
