- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrible customer service. I was taken to court after a 2011 $208 medical bill, when I resent them checks to cover the total due... They sued me and added an extra $600+. When I called to make payment arrangements, I was told that it didn't matter whether I had a rent and car payment, they belittled me because I couldn't afford to pay the whole amount or in three payments. The lady was raising her voice and being very rude. I'm offering to pay- they received my expenses which shows I live paycheck to paycheck with less than $300 left over and they want me to pay $290 a month. They have no respect for anyone- if you can't pay, they belittle you and make you feel like nothing.By daniee fenical, September 09, 2017
